Purchase Policy:
All purchases from Ironstone Imports will be charged to your credit card immediately following your online or phone order purchase (no exceptions). This policy is necessary because some of the products we sell can take up to 12 weeks for delivery and a credit card authorization may only be valid for 2 weeks from the time the purchase was authorized. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Although we make every effort to ensure the information listed on our website is accurate we can not be responsible for any misprints.
Shipment Policy:
If a shipment is refused for delivery, you will be charged all (to/from) freight costs plus the manufacturer's restocking fee (if they allow one). Shipping charges listed on our website are for the contiguous USA only, any other location will require a shipping quote. We are not responsible for any re-delivery charges in the event a shipment is not able to be delivered.
Return Policy:
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in new/original condition, and must include all original packaging materials, and accessories. Contact us first because the product may need to be returned to our distributor or manufacturer. The product should be shiped prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express, Parcel Post or by the manner in which you received it within 30 days of delivery (no exceptions). Most of the produts we sell are discounted plus free or discounted shipping so we must charge a 20% restocking fee for returns. (see exceptions below).
Return Policy Exceptions:
1) C.O.D. shipments are not accepted.
2) We do not refund any shipping charges.
3) Returns after 30 days are not accepted. (no exceptions).
4) We cannot accept returns on Kalco. This also applies to certain other manufacturer's lighting products which are "finished to order" or cut wire, chain or rope. Please call or email us at sales@ironstoneimports.com concerning the return policy of certain lighting products.
5) All returns are charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
6) Custom or finished to order items are sold "as is" with the exception of freight damage and returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Please contact us prior to returning any products so that we can determine if the product should be returned to us or directly to the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy:
Without prior written agreement, an order must be canceled within 48 hours of order placement otherwise a 20% service fee will be charged. If the order has already been shipped, the purchaser will be responsible for returning the product and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Shipment Damage:
If a product arrives damaged we will expedite a replacement and do everything necessary to resolve the problem. It is the customer's responsibility on truck freight shipments to require the driver to remain until the items are unpacked and inspected. Any damage must be noted on the freight slip. Concealed damage may not be covered later if not noted at the time.
